k8k8 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Filipino Players

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "you," or "user") and k8k8 ("we," "us," "the Platform," or "k8k8"). They apply to every activity conducted through the k8k8 website and any associated mobile interface, including account registration, gameplay, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.

By creating a k8k8 account, clicking "I Agree," depositing funds, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision, do not register and do not use k8k8.

These terms are provided in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the plain meaning of the English text shall govern. k8k8 reserves the right to update this Agreement and will notify active players through the platform. 2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a k8k8 account you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of another individual.

3. Account Registration

You must not share them with any other person. k8k8 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by password sharing, failure to log out, or weak password selection. 3.4 Verification

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedged betting to meet requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer, exploitation of a pricing error, or coordinated claim activity — will result in bonus cancellation, recovery of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6.4 VIP Club Cashback

Weekly cashback under the k8k8 VIP Club programme is calculated on net losses across the applicable seven-day period and credited to your wallet by the following Monday. Cashback credits carry no wagering requirement and are immediately withdrawable. 7. Game Rules

10. Changes and Account Termination

10.1 Changes to These Terms

10.2 Account Closure by the Player

k8k8 accepts no liability for losses arising from:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k8k8's total liability to any player for any single claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
